A 2 day course designed to teach students the safe and effective application of Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
This is a 2 day course led by Dr. Chris Norris and introduces the student to needling. Covering superficial dry needling technique, with a focus on trigger points. Content is balanced between theory and practice with an emphasis on safety, evidence base, and clinical reasoning. Trigger points focus on the lower back (not neck) & buttock, shoulder, hip, upper & lower limbs.
This is a 3 day course led by Dr. Chris Norris and introduces the student to Medical Acupuncture. Covers acupuncture points and meridians, Medical Acupuncture treatment protocols, using 30 common acupuncture points. Combining Dry Needling with Medical Acupuncture into modern clinical practice. Acupuncture points on the shoulder & upper limb, hip & lower limb and back, neck, head, face & abdomen. Trigger points of the neck and face. Electro acupuncture. Clinical reasoning and patient demonstration. Case history problem solving.

This one day course is designed to familiarise the student with the use of a variety of tools and their application in soft tissue mobilisation.
A one-day course designed to give therapists the practical techniques for massaging the whole face and improved knowledge of facial and cranial anatomy. The course also covers basic facial mapping using the principles of Vietnamese Dien Chan. This course is led by Louise Greenwood, a level 4 SMT and tutor who has practiced as a Foot and Facial Reflexologist for 10 years.

The Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work 1-day course is designed for those acting as Emergency First Aider(s) at work where the emphasis is on preventing the situation from worsening and maintaining life until professional medics arrive. These courses are suitable for all workplace environments and represent the minimum level of first aid provision you should have in place.
This online course is run over 2 evenings from 6pm - 9pm and designed to familiarise students with the principles of Kinesiology Taping for a range of applications and covers techniques for the Foot, Ankle, Knee, Hip, Shoulder, Wrist and Hand. Sessions are live demonstrations with the opportunity to discuss/ask questions for each technique. You will not be expected to perform k-taping during the sessions.
